Seasonal Flu vaccine offer – Reception to Year 11

How to consent: We are coming to your child’s school on 07/11/25, please ensure that you have submitted a form, even if you do not consent, prior to this date.

Does the nasal spray contain porcine?

Yes, but it’s a highly purified form, barely detectable, and approved for medical use by the British Fatwa Council. A porcine-free injectable alternative is available for those with medical or cultural needs. Primary school children eligible for an injection cannot be vaccinated in school and will require a clinic appointment. Please ring the above number  to book an appointment.

After submitting consent, if your child is vaccinated at the GP, you change your mind, or there are any health changes, you MUST contact us on the number above. (Please note: GPs do not routinely offer flu vaccines to healthy children.)

If you provide a valid email address, you will receive confirmation once your child is vaccinated.
