Dear Parent/Carer,

We are very excited to announce that we will be holding Sports Day on the 17^th June. In the event of poor weather our back up date will be the 18^th of June. This will be a great opportunity for the children to show you their sporting achievements so we know you will all be looking forward to attending.

The times are as followed;

9:30am – 10:30am – Year 3 and 4

10:30am – 11:30am – Year 1 and 2

1:30pm – 2:30pm – Year 5 and 6

The events will be held on the MUGA and we ask that parents sign in and out from the side gate on. There will be an area for parents to sit in to ensure all children remain with their group whilst completing the activities.  We hope to see as many parents, carers and grandparents supporting the children as possible on the day.

The children have selected to represent their house team in specific activities. This has been done fairly allowing all children to select at least one track and one field event.

Photos will also be shared on Seesaw for parents who are unable to attend.

All children will finish school as normal at 3:15pm, there will be no early collection for parents attending the Y5 and 6 sports hour.
